Tri School Show Heralds the Start of the Olympics!
InterActs Hampton, Isleworth and Walton on Thames presented their summer Tri School Show - the 'Olympic Spirit: it's the taking part that counts' - at St. George's College, Weybridge on Sunday 15th August 2012.
This is the first time that we have been hosted by St. George's College and we are extremely grateful to the Headteacher and staff for donating the space, free of charge.
The theme of the show was well supported by the schools and great fun was had by all - it was particularly interactive this year as the audience were encouraged to join in with a lot of well known numbers such as 'We Are the Champions', 'Proud' and 'Chariots of Fire'. We had a multitude of flags and pictures of different countries together with the inclusion of musical instruments to create a wide and varied smorgasbord of performance.
We also had some tearful farewells and wished some of our valued staff and students all the best of luck with their new adventures.
